Details on the Request Card

70 year old male patient with a history of Lymphoma (7yrs ago), skull vault mass and headache. Plain skull films show an aggressive hypertrophic bone lesion over the vertex. ?metastatic lesion ?solitary

Procedure

Anterior and posterior images are shown, 3hrs after injection

1) Are there any abnormal areas of uptake?
2) If so, where?
3) List some possible causes
4) Do you think this is related to his previous lymphoma?
